Yoga class setup with seven mats and rolled towels arranged in a circle around a small Buddha statue in a room with arched windows and a view of a garden outside.

Our Approach

Each day, as you adjust to altitude, we’ll guide you deeper and deeper through our core, breath-centered modalities: group pilates and group breath journeys. We’llwill also incorporate meditation, sound, journaling, and other body movement. No experience is necessary.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection to the feminine and fellow participants is the heart of the retreat. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the retreat.

❋ Expert Facilitation

We are—and work only with—sensitive, experienced guides who hold space and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our retreat prioritizes comfort, respect and well-being so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
